Food: We ordered 2 sandwiches. One was smothered in mayo and the cheese melted to the paper, required tending to before you could eat. The other had the wrong bagel. It would severely if the staff slowed down or wrote things down. Service: It's mediocre. I appreciate a greeting and kindness, but without attention to detail, they'll continue getting orders wrong and lose business. I won't be back. Atmosphere: The space is small, smells odd, and is dirty - consistently. Please clean your storefront! Who wants to eat from a dirty location?

I was in town for the art fair, and was delighted to find this place close to where we stayed! Among the best bagels I've had anywhere! We look forward to being back again next year- and I implore the locals to enjoy this spot today!!

Poor customer service. I attempted to buy a dozen bagels today, and the older lady would not sell me a dozen. She made up some story about βwe only sell a half dozen of one kind.β Well of the two types I wanted to purchase, one was out of stock and the other had more than a dozen in the bin. Then the young unhappy girl decided to speak up and tell me itβs their policy, yada yada yada. Keep in mind that there was no posted policy in the small lobby. Why have the option to purchase a dozen bagels on your menu and refuse to sell a dozen to a customer with cash in hand? All the wile looking at me like Iβm from another planet because I wanted a dozen everything bagels. Congrats ladies, I walked out without spending a penny. I will never go back and will let everyone I know, know about the poor service and unhappy employees. Itβs unfortunate since this place is around the corner from my house. I guess Iβll be driving to Barryβs across town.

We recently moved to Ann Arbor and were excited to try this bagel place. The two women who were working were sweet and efficient. The place was dirty - the door was covered in a brownish liquid, the floors were not clean, and it smelled a little bit. Not a great first impression. The prices were good but the quality of the bagels/sandwiches were not great. I had a jalapeΓ±o and cheddar bagel with chive cream cheese. The bagels were barely covered in cream cheese. My husband got a bacon, egg, and cheese. The contents of the sandwich were heated up in a plastic Tupperware container in a microwave. We watched the whole process. The bagels and cream cheese tasted okay but overall, we were not impressed with this place.

Found this place because Panera stopped selling sausage with their egg and cheese sandwich, and boy am I glad I did. Small locally owned shop with phenomenal bagels. Looks to be a new location from what I can tell. We got sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and they were so good we had to start eating them in the car, couldn't even wait to get home. I will definitely be back and will have to try the fragel next time.
